1/2 avocado
2 tablespoons chunky salsa
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (chili flakes)
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro
a pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 large can of light tuna or tuna in water
Place the avocado on a deep plate and mash it with a fork (guacamole-style).
Add the remaining ingredients to the plate and stir well.
Ready to serve.
