Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped

  • 4 chicken breasts with skin and bone

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:

  • Preheat the grill.

  • In a deep plate, combine the sugar, vinegar, rosemary, and garlic. Mix well and set aside.

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

  • Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down (medium-high heat). Cook for 10 minutes.

  • Flip the chicken and use a brush to apply the prepared sauce evenly to the breasts.

  • Continue cooking for another 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Constantly glaze the chicken with the remaining sauce.
